Tottenham Hotspur are working on signing Takehiro Tomiyasu from Bologna, according to David Ornstein of .
The North London club have apparently offered €15 million plus potential add-ons for the 22-year-old defender, but it is believed that the Serie A club want at least €17m as a guaranteed part of the fee, as well as add-ons.
Bologna signed Tomiyasu from Belgian side Sint-Truden in 2019 for €9m, and his performances in the Italian top flight in the last two years have caught the eyes of a number of clubs. Manchester United also have him on their list of potential targets, though he isn t among their priorities at the moment. Atlanta have inquired about his availability as well, but have been informed of his desire to join Spurs.
